Effects of Sleep Quality and Mental and Physical Fatigue on Mechanical Neck Pain

Objective: Mechanical neck pain is a very common problem in society and can lead to disability. In modern societies, increasing expectations from individuals work, family social life have brought along sleep disorders, mental physical fatigue. The aim of our study was examine the effects disorder, fatigue on mechanical pain.Method: Two hundred fifty-two with having mean age 28.01±9.97 years were included study. Neck Disability Index, Chalder Fatigue Scale, Pitssburg Sleep Quality Index applied all individuals.Results: According regression analysis results, only sub-dimension Scale associated increased score (β=0.169, p=0.036). Pitssburgh found not significant effect (p>0.05).Conclusion: Mental among independent determinants Therefore, more holistic approach including should be adopted treatment pain.
